Chipsan Aviation was founded as a Partnership Firm in 2010 and transitioned to a Private Limited Company in 2012. Initially serving as an aggregator of business jets, the company has since broadened its scope of operations. In 2017, Chipsan secured our Air Operator Permit following the acquisition of their first Bell 407 helicopter.

Our fleet expanded with the addition of an H 135 in 2019 and another Bell 407 in 2020. In 2022, we introduced the first two Airbus H145D3 helicopters in India on dry lease. Chipsan also operates two Airbus H130 helicopters and an Airbus H135 T2 helicopter on wet lease basis. Additionally, Chipsan manages an Airbus H145 D2 helicopter. Chipsan also operates our own Continuous Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO) and Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) services. Currently, Chipsan is in the process of obtaining certification for a helicopter pilot training academy, aiming to foster an ecosystem that supports the growth of the helicopter industry.
